Asset Search

Asset searches are done for a variety of reasons. Typically, one party is interested in understanding the extent of ownership of one or more types of assets of another party. Some common reasons to perform an asset search are: o collect on a judgment or to collect child support; to learn about a person's income; or to learn more about a target business for a merger.
