Yoga
Yoga practice includes Pranayama (breathing) exercises and breath control, and various selected Asanas (postures) that stretch and flex the spine, muscles, the nerves and massage the internal organs, promoting proper digestion and elimination. Yoga also emphasizes the practice of meditation to help the Yoga student achieve peace and well-being during the practice and throughout their life. Students of Yoga can practice on their own or in a Yoga room environment with a Yoga Instructor.
