High Blood Pressure
Hypertension is primarily due to excessive salt intake, lack of exercise and weight gain. There may be other factors but these are the most common.
Most blood pressure lowering diets will require people to give up many foods including hard cheese, white flour products including cereal, bread, and pasta. Along with these dietary changes, hypertension reduction programs can include medication and/or nutritional supplements, as well as exercise and stress reduction techniques.
In any case, you'll probably want to regularly monitor you blood pressure to see how whether your hypertension is improving or not.
